Charlee-Ann was born to early, due to me suffering a blood clot behind the placenta. She lived for 5 short days giving up her fight with dignity. She suffered a brain haemorrhage on her 3rd day on earth. We baptised Charlee-Ann on the 4th day and let her go home on the 5th day. She sleeps now in the kingdom of heaven with all her angel freinds. Charlee-Ann you were a link in our family chain that one day will meet and join again. Sleep well little one xxxxxx
